Infinite Atom Technologies LLC ("Infinite Atom," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. Section 512, we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement submitted by content owners or their authorized agents.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written notice must include all of the following:

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Infinite Atom Technologies LLC may be found.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Infinite Atom Technologies LLC maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers at our sole discretion.
Modification of Content
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or disable access to any content that violates this policy or applicable law, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
