1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using infinite-atom.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. Infinite Atom Technologies LLC ("Infinite Atom," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any paid services on the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current. Infinite Atom may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Partner Vendor Spaces
Partners who register for a vendor space agree to the pricing and terms of their selected tier (Peddler, Merchant, Vendor, or Founding Merchant). Tier features, pricing, and commission structures are described on the registration and bazaar pages. Founding Merchant slots are limited and priced at a locked rate. Infinite Atom reserves the right to suspend vendor spaces that violate platform policies or community standards.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (product listings, vendor space descriptions, forum posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Infinite Atom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform and its marketing materials. Infinite Atom retains ownership of all Platform design, code, branding, and infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Infinite Atom Technologies LLC are our property. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. For copyright infringement claims, see our DMCA Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Infinite Atom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Ohio.
Privacy Policy
11. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed), city/state, and business details you provide during registration
- Vendor space data: Business name, descriptions, product listings, and tier selection
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, topic, and message content submitted through contact and service inquiry forms
- Usage data: Pages visited, browser type, and general interaction patterns
12. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain your account and vendor space
- Process and respond to inquiries and service requests
- Display vendor information publicly within the Bazaar and Maker Map
- Operate community features (forum, showcase, spotlight)
- Improve the Platform and develop new features
- Communicate platform updates and important notices
13. Third-Party Services
Important: Contact form and service inquiry submissions are relayed through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form processing service. When you submit a contact or service inquiry form, your name, email, and message content are transmitted to FormSubmit.co for delivery to our inbox. FormSubmit.co processes this data according to their own privacy policy. If the relay is unavailable, a Gmail compose draft is opened in your browser as a fallback.
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and account management. Your email and hashed password are stored by Supabase under their privacy and security policies.
- FormSubmit.co: Contact form relay (see notice above).
- Google Fonts: Font delivery. Google may collect usage data according to their privacy policy.
14. Data Storage
Account authentication data is managed by Supabase and stored on their infrastructure. Some platform features use browser local storage for non-sensitive display preferences. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
15. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
16. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication through Supabase, Content Security Policy headers, and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
17. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
